Thank you for shopping at Airblo. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

2. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
  • In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us via our Contact page with details of the product and the defect.

6. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include personalised goods, perishable items, gift cards and items which have been damaged in use
